What is Industry OneCARD™?

Industry OneCard™ collects and holds your training records regardless of who you’re working for. You simply register,  and then upload all your training records, including national and international tickets and licences, VOC’s, logbooks and on-site training. We’ll give you your own QR- coded Industry OneCARD™ and, as you gain more certificates or accreditations, you simply add them through our simple, mobile friendly site.

How do I access my Industry OneCARD™?

To access your Industry OneCARD™, simply scan the QR code on your card or visit the website for instant access to a copy of your ticket, licence or whatever you’ve uploaded. Your information is safe with us. Not only do we have industry leading cyber security, you’ll have your own unique username and password.
 

I don’t have a QR reader on my mobile device.

Some mobile devices come with a QR reader as part of their loaded apps. If you don’t have one, a QR reader is available free from any app store and will take less than a minute to down load.

How do I know my training records are secure?  

The Industry OneCARD™ has partnered with MYOSH to provide a safe database for your training records.   We suggest you read our privacy policy for more detail and it also contains a link to the Myosh Privacy policy.

Doesn’t the USI look after my training records?

The USI does keep a transcript copy of any nationally accredited training you achieve but a USI does not look after any of your licenses, international qualifications, site training, VOCs, client or employer training or any non-accredited training.

The USI also does not show a picture of your ticket which in many cases, is essential to prove you have successfully completed the training.  

How do I add new tickets?

We have made it simple: just log into your portal and follow the prompts. 

Bulk upload as many tickets as often as you need to and remember,  we can’t look after what you haven't given us.

How do I change my personal details?

To change your personal details, you can edit your profile via the My Profile section.

I've forgotten my login details. How do I reset my password?

You can reset your password via the Forgotten Password section. An email will be sent to your email account with a temporary password so that you may log in. We recommend changing this password after you have logged in with the temporary password.

How is my privacy protected?

We take your privacy very seriously. Please read our Privacy Policy for more information.

How can I get a copy of my certificate?

From your mobile or computer, you can forward any certificate to an email address, using your phone or computer mail program. 

What is a VOC?

A Verification of Competency (VOC) is a trade test usually undertaken at the request of an employer as part of the induction process, or before you do a task or use any equipment you carry a licences or r training for to ensure the employer you have the skills and experience required. 

What type of training records can I add?

You can upload anything that is required for your trade or employment, including national accredited training and certificates, licenses, VOC’s, site inductions & training, employer and client internal training, log books and development courses.

You can even upload your resume and USI number.

How do I use my Industry OneCARD™?

To use your Industry OneCARD™ simply scan the QR code on your card and enter your user name comprised of your email address and password  which you provided us when you joined.  

What if I lose my Industry OneCARD™?

Contact us at Info@industryonecard.com.au and we will organise for one to be sent to your mailing address. There will be a small charge for postage 

What can other people see when they scan my OneCARD™?

They can’t see anything until you open the site with your username and password.
